Dizzy Izzy – Brew Day
With Christmas fast approaching it was time for another brew to get the stocks up ready for the festive season. Nothing particularly fancy about this beer, just a good, solid and hopefully tasty easy drinking session type beer. I wanted something around the 4.5% mark so a few could be quaffed without falling asleep before the turkey is served. This is another named in honour of my newborn daughter, I’m calling this one Dizzy Izzy.
I had some help on the day for this brew from Lee from The Big Don Brewery who wanted to know how to brew a beer before he started making his own.
