Dizzy Izzy - Brew Day

Dizzy Izzy – Brew Day

All grain brewing recipeWith Christmas fast approaching it was time for another brew to get the stocks up ready for the festive season. Nothing particularly fancy about this beer, just a good, solid and hopefully tasty easy drinking session type beer. I wanted something around the 4.5% mark so a few could be quaffed without falling asleep before the turkey is served. This is another named in honour of my newborn daughter, I’m calling this one Dizzy Izzy.

I had some help on the day for this brew from Lee from The Big Don Brewery who wanted to know how to brew a beer before he started making his own.
